Project Goals

Modernize the look and feel of the product, while respecting the existing brand. Update the design to match the latest additions to the product specification. Support basic customization (i.e. co-branding). Employ UX principles from world-class conversational interfaces. Find opportunities to introduce delight (through animation, unique visuals, etc).
